The Quaestio Iuris (QI) it’s a quarterly periodical (since 2015) of professors of the Faculty of Law from University of State of de Janeiro - UERJ and is intended to promote academic nature papers that look over Law issues in their different areas, such as law theory, the philosophy of law, the sociology of the law, legal dogmatics and the history of the law. It will be accepted papers that promote the debate and the circulation of theoretical novelties, doctrinal, jurisprudential and legislative under the law,with emphasis no multidisciplinary approach of legal institutions. In addition to the traditional section of the original articles, Quaestio Iuris Journal publishes assays, monographs and reviews of recently published books and of notorious contribution to the study of law.
