COMPONENTS OF THE HUMAN CAPITAL OF THE NATIONAL ECONOMY

Introduction. Human capital becomes a reliable basis for social, economic, political development of the national economy. It is on its level that the position of the state depends on all world markets and the welfare of citizens. Purpose. The purpose of the study was to determine the components of the human capital of the national economy for the development of the main areas of investment in human capital. Results. Psychophysiological state as a basic component is embodied as the psychological capital and physical capital of a person. Social capital is considered as the main factor of successful social integration and personal adaptation into society. Changes in the social life of the society initiate a new state of it, which is expedient to define as "society-capital". Political capital is formed in the plane of social capital. Creative capital is formed at the intersection of originative, intellectual, cultural capital. It is realized in the form of intellectual property products. Psychological capital is recognized as the most necessary factor for the formation of human capital. Psychological capital is recognized as the most necessary factor for the formation of human capital. On the basis of substantial psychological and physical capital, educational capital is based. This component of human capital, as originative capital, is an indispensable factor in scientific and technological progress and the scientific and technological revolution. The breadth of knowledge, free knowledge of information, professional skills become tools for creating intellectual capital. The basis for the high moral development of human capital is the cultural capital. The development of the abovementioned components of human capital is impossible without the presence of communicative capital, which is the source of the formation of the psychological and social characteristics of the individual. Based on all components of human capital, without exception, professionalism is formed in the form of professional capital. Conclusions. The components of human capital have been singled out, which are the strategic basis for the development of human capital. They are necessary for determining the main directions of investment in human capital. A harmonious combination of the abovementioned components of the human capital of the national economy forms an elite competitive potential of the state, capable of producing a high-quality gross national product.
