The present study shows the changes in lifestyle and mode of food consumption
patterns coupled with less physical activity have raised the public health issues
and risks towards the lifestyle diseases like obesity, diabetes, heart problems,
osteoarthritis, cancer, HIV/AIDS psychological disorders, and other
communicable diseases. Hence, there is an urgent need to understand the
impact of changing lifestyle related to health issues in the contemporary society.
