Abstract This research work is to identify the how positive uses include measuring employee needs, obtaining consumers’ opinions about the goods and services they receive, assessing employees’ attitudes about the workplace, determining employee morale and motivation, assessing turnover intentions, and generating new days of reducing costs and increasing profits of the organization. For this study, the simple random sampling method is to collect the primary data by using structured questionnaire and the data are analyzed by using statistical tools such as percentage method and chi-square test.
