KURUMSAL YONETISIM ILKELERININ BENIMSENMESININ ORGUTSEL CEKICILIGE ETKISI

Ozet Kurumsal yonetisim ilkeleri bir butun olarak degerlendirildiginde agirlikli olarak yatirimci ve hissedarlar acisindan onem arz etse de menfaat sahipleri (calisanlar) icin de onemli bir ilkeler butunu olarak gorulmelidir. Uretim faktorleri goz onune alindiginda insan kaynagi faktoru kurumlarin gelecegi ve surdurulebilirligi acisindan en kritik girdi olarak gorulmektedir. Bu nedenle calismada kurumsal yonetim ilkelerinin kurumun cekiciligine ne kadar katkida bulundugu ortaya konulmaya calisilmistir. Yasadigimiz cagda sahip oldugumuz bilgi guncelligini hizlica yitirmektedir. Bu sebeple bilginin asil kullanicisi insan faktoru kurumlari onemli olcude etkilemektedir. Orgutsel cekicilik ise kurumun potansiyel calisanlar tarafindan calisilmaya uygun bir yer olup olmadigi ile ilgili algilarini yansitmaktadirlar. Bu sebeplerden dolayi bu calismada anket teknigi ile veri toplayip kurumsal yonetim ilkeleri icerisindeki “calisanlar” alt basliginin orgutsel cekicilige ne denli etki edebildigi uzerinde odaklanilmistir. Bu kapsamda yapilan arastirmada, kurumsal yonetim ilkelerinin calisanlar alt basliginin benimsenmesinin kurumlar arasinda orgutsel cekicilik konusunda farkliliklar yaratabildigi gorulmustur. Abstract Corporate governance principles are important for stakeholders (employees). Considering the main production factors, human resource factor is seen as the most critical input for the future and sustainability of institutions. For this reason, it has been tried to show how the corporate governance principles affect the employees of the institutions and how much they contribute to the attractiveness of the institution. The main user of information is the human factor, which significantly affects institutions. Organizational attractiveness reflects the perception of the institution as to whether it is a place suitable for work by potential employees. For this reason, this study focuses on collecting data by questionnaire and how much the "employees" sub-heading in corporate governance principles can affect organizational attractiveness. In this research, it has been observed that the adoption of the employees' sub-heading of corporate governance principles can lead to differences in organizational attractiveness among institutions.
