Rights treaties and national security of the Islamic Republic of Iran.Shahla Rezaii

The concept of national security in Iran has always been a factor in the acceptance or rejection of many international obligations. Commitments in most areas, in accordance with the ideology of society, government and legislation has been Iran, so in many various treaties at the international level that does not come Iran's national security with the obligations of the treaty creates the that hinder the accession to the treaty and its ratification in the parliament. This issue is only natural that countries in line to join the treaty or accept the national security interest and the terms of the Treaty of view but that of Iran's national security is and how much in recent years and especially after the Islamic revolution has changed; the important issues that can be criticized, so it is just a brief review of the research is to achieve a true understanding of it. Hence, in this research are to understand the true meaning of treaties, some treaties from the perspective of national security of Iran examine, how the treaties at the international level is possible with Iran's national security in the conflict.
