The misuse of electronic and media devices by teenagers becomes a controversy discussed by many news papers. The premises mainly is the unguided use of children to computers and laptops, besides to the challenge it presents to teachers at school and parents at home.
Thus we need a serious protective and motivational plan. First, pretentive against the dangers of technology and second motivates the positive use of it.
this relies on the collaboration of all social upbringing institutions ( family, school, mass media, mosques) to inculcate the concepts of media and digital upbringing in the minds of the youth
