It defines the parameters, directs and organizes the efforts to improve the school activity, the high level of performance and thus achieving the educational goals. On the other hand, the leadership behavior of the principal is the key to success of the school. Differences and differences between schools, whether in the general school climate, in the achievement of students or in the level of professional satisfaction of the teacher, is due to the competence of the director and his ability to lead the education.
