Abstract
The traffic of tax receipts through simulated operations, has caused a substantial
decrease in tax collection, hence, the tax authorities have established mechanisms to detect,
monitor and eliminate aggressive schemes of tax evasion to punish and prosecute taxpayers
who incur the crime of tax fraud; the present work was carried out by means of a
bibliographic review, with the objective of publicizing the fiscal consequences that may be
incurred by natural and legal persons when making or deducting simulated operations; so a
guideline is defined to avoid being classified as EFOS. and EDOS
