SMART WRISTBAND SELECTION BY USING FUZZY DEMATEL AND EDAS METHODS

Nowadays with the developing of the technology and the addition of smart sensors to the clothes and accessors that are used in daily life. Smart wristbands, which are one of the wearable technology products, help to record sportive activities following of sleep, state of healthy and to arrange life according to these reports. ?ncreasing of the alternative numbers depend on developing technology day-by-day causes to slog about that sportsmen will prefer what kind of smart wristbands, which have model and features. In this study to investigate the sportsmen’s smart wristbands preference process, one of the multi- criteria decision making tecniques, Fuzzy DEMATEL ( Decision Making Trial And Evaluation Laboratory) method was used to determine the weight of criteria and relations between criterions and EDAS (Evaluation Based On Distance From Average Solution) method was used to choose from the alternatives. When the data obtained from the evaluation of 4 experts groups, according to the results of DEMATEL method the most important criterion in the selection of smart wristbands and the ease of use of smart wristband occur. After the ease of use in turn in order, it was determined as the esthetic, functional feature, weight and battery usage period were the most important criteria. According to the results of EDAS method, ????2 which has the best performance smart wristband occurred.
