The article describes the main areas of work in the field of terminology in Ukraine at ?the late ?? and early ??? centuries; the dynamics of the modern lexicon development, its systematization and codification were traced, along with the achievements of Ukrainian terminology in multi-specialized disciplinary dictionaries publishing.
