This study focuses on the economic effects of the Covid-19 crisis on industries and countries, and discusses the
economic channels through which economic activities may be affected. In this study, first of all, the aspects of
coronavirus are different from previous crises are investigated and data that can guide current developments and
forecasts are presented. The study then explores some possible scenarios and their impact on economic prospects,
examines the potential global economic costs of Covid-19 and measures to take and policies to prevent them from
spreading.
