One of the most important production factors of enterprises is human resources. This human resource organization
plays a very important role in efficiency. Just as the individuals forming the organization are influenced by culture and
organizational culture, a culture of organization also has important effects on the working methods and principles of
the employees. In other words, organizational culture has important effects on the satisfaction the employees get from
their work. The leader-member interaction is a concept related to the power of the relationship between the leader and
the audience, and the strength of this relationship plays an important role both for the adoption of organizational culture
by the employees and for the increase of job satisfaction. In this study, 90 people were selected from the employees
and executives of Kalafatlar market chain in the retail sector in order to examine the influence of the organizational
culture on the tolerance of employees and their mediating role on the job satisfaction of this influential leader-member
interaction. The findings were analysed through the SmartPLS 3.0 program and the findings obtained were interpreted. Organizational Culture, Job Satisfaction, Leader-Member Interaction, Retail Industry
