The organizations that arise when people start living together and, of course, their management are taken into account in all aspects of life. For an efficient and efficient production system, a correct management approach must be adopted. On the other hand, in social life, the management approach significantly affects success. Management approaches have changed continuously in history, developed and modern human-oriented approaches have been adopted. While human power is seen as a cost element in mass production systems that developed after the industrial revolution, today it is accepted that it is an intellectual capital, that it must be found, kept and developed. The analysis of the assumptions that make management efficient in theory and practice reveals that management is the most distinctive and distinctive element of all organizations.
