The paper focuses on the main aspects of using blended learning for the English language training (ELT) in the
Ukrainian professional military education (PME) institutions. It examines the major challenges and key problems
while implementing blended ELT, introduces the recommendations for further developing the hybrid teaching methodology (C. Rao, 2019) in the PME institutions.
