This research conducted to see if psychological well-being of fire fighter is affected by psychological capital and job satisfaction. 200 sample was used in this research. Result shows that only optimism that significantly affects psychological well-being of fire fighters. We conclude that the higher optimism, fire fighter will be able to extinguish fire fastly, so that the higher the optimism makes psychological well being higher.
