Pengaruh komitmen organisasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap intensi turnover pada karyawan PT. Sinar Antjol

Turnover, to employees, is one of wayouts to get better situation. But to employers, this can be loss. This study examined effect of organizational commitment which predicting variables are affective commitment, normative commitment, and continuous commitment. And job satisfaction which predicting variables are salary, promotion, supervision, remuneration, reward, work condition, co-worker, nature of work, communication towards turnover intention. Sample size of this research is 204 using nonprobability sampling technique.
