During the research was found the main and special functions of the automated expert analytical system (AEAS), was formed the scheme of organization of the modeling function in AEAS. The corresponding structure of data is worked out for organization and management of the expert modeling function. The set of information-analytical objects was defined, that present a set of input, intermediate and output information and analytical data in relation to which the appropriate data structure to provide the automated justification of the strategic tasks for the national security system subjects was designed. The approach to building the AEAS shape is partly represented and methodical approach to developing information and analytical databases for modeling the expert and analytical scenarios for neutralize of the threats of the national interests realization was proposed.
