This article sets out and analyzes the presentations realised in “ Workshop of the Indigenous People’s on Territory and Heritage: Encounter and experiences”, celebrated in Julio of 2008 in Dublin, Ireland, in the 6to. Word Archaeological Congress. The experiences of social professionals, archaeologists and Indigenous Communities about the relation that is taking place from the territorial recognition and the revaluation of the heritage in indigenous territories were the main subjects of this workshop.
