In this work, the overall degree of satisfaction with the dentists´ health care quality is analyzed in patients who changed their dentist in the last year. A standardized questionnaire of patient satisfaction with healthcare quality (PSQ III) has been used. The questionnaire collection has been realized in dentists´ waiting rooms since 11/2014 to 4/2015. 84 completed questionnaires were obtained from patients in mean age of 33.7±12.4 years. The most respondents were in the age group of <30 years (48.6%). Higher degree of satisfaction with the technical health care quality declared men compared to women in the category of interpersonal aspect (3.5±0.5 vs. 3.4±0.5), financial aspect (2.7±0.3 vs. 2.6±0.3), and access and convenience (2.8±0.3 vs. 2.7±0.3). Differences between two gender groups were not significant. The highest degree of general satisfaction with the health care quality was in the age group of ?50 years, as well as the highest satisfaction with an approach and convenience. The lowest satisfaction in this age group was declared with technical quality and interpersonal aspect. The highest overall health care satisfaction was in the age group of 30-49 years. According to our results, we recommend to establish the National developmental team to provide the support by implementing positive changes in the health care quality, and by performing the so-called advanced access.
