The subject of study is the socio-economic relations that arise in the functioning of the educational sector and labour market in the modern economy. The purpose of this study is to theoretically justify the role and importance of education in social processes under the influence of global processes and innovative development of the economy and the need for the formation of educational clusters in Ukraine at the present stage. Education cluster in Ukraine drafted into the plane of the regions to establish a system of training, retraining and advanced training of professional personnel in various sectors of the economy.
