Having considered the essence social and labour relations, clarified their notion and interests their parties. Citing the term «industrial relations», «economic relations» and «social and labour relations», their use by scientists and practitioners established that the latter is narrower concept and includes social and labour issues in the formation and development of the social market economy. Social and labour relations are key the throughout complex economic and social relations, so the notions of labour issues form the categorical apparatus development social and labour relations as a system.
