Statistical diagnostics of operating process of sugar factory evaporator plant

The results of using statistical methods for in creasing diagnostic efficiency of sugar factory evaporation station are shown. Since the evaporation station refers to multidimensional, nonlinear, unsteady, multiply control items which function under uncertainty, then mathematical models which describe its work are inaccurate. Given this while diagnostics of complex systems operation different methods are used for different estimations, e.g. built-dimensional maps Shewhart and multivariate Hotelling card. For getting the adequate estimation of statistical handling of selection process, which was used for diagnostics the sample was checked against the normal distribution law. This is the basic requirement in the cards creation. The paper shows the results of using one-dimensional and multidimensional control cards. Cards for the major technological controlled variables, their interpretations, conclusions and next steps for each of the cases are shown
