PRICE DISCRIMINATION IN CONDITION OF OIL PRODUCT EXCHANGE

The development of exchange trading of oil products in the Russian Federation was intended as an instrument of control of market power by dominant economic entities, support of development of business wholesale and retail trade, liberalization of service markets fuel supply at airports. However, practice of the trading development shows that in terms of institutional trades can occur prerequisites for the development of price discrimination. Therefore, the development of data analysis tools in the conditions for petroleum product trading development is a very important area in the development of Antimonopoly control.
