In this article are considered the etiology, the pathogenesis, the clinical ??urse, the differential diagnostics and is demonstrated a successful treatment using psychotherapy and psychotropic drugs administration for psychogenic ventricular tachycardia on the background of spontaneous remission of alcoholic dependence in the young man with structurally normal heart.
