An unbalanced relationship: recruitment in crisis times

The current crisis has led to changes in Human Resources Departments procedures and in its organizational and competencial usages. The recruitment is being made without considering the usual standard and conferring more importance to accounting than human factor. This situation has resulted in the loss of quality of the recruiters, circumvention of the code of good practices on recruitment and selection processes, and inconsistency in the fit between candidates and jobs offered. As a result of these changes in the recruitment processes, we suffer a loss of potential for corporations in the medium and long term, which will bring undesirable costs produced by non-quality. In conclusion, companies will not be in a position to be competitive for its lack of rigor and the flight of their best workers.
