In the article there is information about the normatively-legal base of treasury system maintenance of budgetary
managers facilities, modern state of the system on a whole and prospects of development. The special attention is spared to
the process of co-operation organs of Treasury with the managers of money, and co-operating of Government treasury
service of Ukraine with other participants of budgetary process. Basic normatively-legal documents that is followed by the
organs of Treasury in the process of the activity and directions over of perfection of legislative are brought are analysed.
