Each issue contains content from four divisions of editorial scope: Optical Technology; Information Processing; Lasers, Photonics, and Environmental Optics; and Biomedical Optics. Authors in these fields are encouraged to submit their manuscripts to Applied Optics for quality, peer-reviewed, widely distributed publication.
