It is an international English journal published by the Korean Society of Food Science and Technology (KoSFoST), and covers all the scientific and technological aspects of chemistry, biochemistry, biotechnology, processing, engineering, safety, packaging, microbiology, enzymology, enzyme engineering, fermentation technology, bioprocess engineering, and health aspects of foods.
