Journal of Epidemiology and Infection Control (JEIC) is an official publication of the Santa Cruz Hospital Epidemiology Center, Santa Cruz do Sul, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil and graduate program in Health Promotion. It is a tri-annual journal aimed to publish articles that contribute to knowledge in epidemiology and infection control related to health services. It will not be accepted articles that have been already published elsewhere. The submitted papers will be sent at least to two reviewers. After the receipt of the evaluation, there will be a fifteen days deadline for the author to answer the review..
