Zoosystema is a peer-reviewed journal devoted to the inventory, analysis and interpretation of animal biodiversity. It publishes original results in French or English, of zoological research, particularly in systematics and related fields: comparative, functional and evolutionary morphology, phylogeny, biogeography, taxonomy and nomenclature, etc. Zoosystema continues as from 1997 the Bulletin du Muséum national d"Histoire naturelle, section A, Zoologie.
