„Dendrobiology” is the journal open to all researches working in the field of biology of trees and shrubs, regardless of the country of they live in or the institution they are affiliated with. The subject matter of publications published in “Dendrobiology” is very wide. As opposed to such journal as “Forestry” or “Canadian Journal Forest Research” publishing the researches of forest plants, “Dendrobiology” publishes the work relative to all woody plant – trees, shrubs, wild growth, decorative and fruit-trees. Other journals publishing in similar subjects (Trees – Structure and Function, Tree Physiology, Forest Pathology) have the problems limit to narrow range of tree biology. Our journal publishes the research from many aspects of wood plant biology such as: systematics, chorology, phytogeography, genetics, physiology, productivity, mycorrhiza, bioindication, environmental pollution.
