The Iberoamerican Journal of Education (RIE) is a scientific publication of the Center for Advanced University Studies of the Organization of Ibero-American States (CAEU / OEI), publishes four-monthly original articles in Spanish or Portuguese, in which the most outstanding current opinions are collected on educational issues and innovative experiences in our region. In this way, since 1993, it has been disseminating at the international level the most relevant advances in research and innovation.
Each monographic issue of the journal is made up of a selection of articles received through public announcements on a specific topic. The coordination of the monographic issues is the responsibility of one or several specialists of recognized prestige in this area of education.
The RIE also publishes extraordinary numbers that complement the monographs in other educational areas. These special numbers, consisting of articles received in the newsroom through free calls; they are selected, after submitting, like the monographs, to a strict evaluation of "blind peer review" according to international standards.
