While we accept articles in all areas of management, we are more inclined to accept contributions that have value in terms of social inclusion, innovation, bold ideas for addressing multiple stakeholder interests, values and governance for a globalized world with applications in both developed as well as developing countries. We will be happy to consider scholarly articles in both functional areas of management as well inter-functional and multidisciplinary works. We accept both conceptual and empirical pieces. The Journal also publishes one or more book reviews and a case study in every issue.
