RINDERESU (REVISTA INTERNACIONAL DE DESARROLLO REGIONAL SUSTENTABLE) is an electronic multidisciplinary academic journal published twice a year by El Colegio de Veracruz, an Institution of Higher Education and Public Scientific Research. The objective of the journal is the dissemination and publication of scientific articles, short communications, critical reviews, notes and scientific reflections of quality from research on aspects of sustainable development in all regions of Mexico and the World.
The basic themes that comprise two axes: 1) Socio-environmental development: rural development, sustainable tourism and tourism marketing, regional economic development and 2) Environment: sustainable management of water, soil, flora and fauna, ecological restoration, bioprocesses of sanitation and use of renewable energies for sustainable development.
The magazine provides a forum where the national and international scientific community, communicate and share their research in English and Spanish in the field of sustainable development. Our medium-term objective is to be part of the Index of Mexican Research Journals (CONACyT) and other national and international indexes.
The manuscripts will be received throughout the year, and in any period of the manuscript, where they will be submitted to a pre-arbitration review by the editorial committee: Editor in chief, co-editor, associate editors and editorial board (18 researchers belonging to the National System of Researchers [SNI] of CONACyT), and subsequently to a rigorous process of arbitration by three reviewers to ensure the publication of original, novel and appropriate articles to the issues of the journal.
