Cuadernos de Marte is a space for the publication of empirical research and conceptual reflections of scientific quality on the phenomenon of war and its relationship with society.
The thematic area of interest includes the work of specialists from any of the disciplines of human sciences (Sociology, History, Communication, Political Science, Anthropology, International Relations, Economics, Psychology), from any conceptual approaches, about issues related to war and / or armed conflicts, be these conventional wars, civil wars, guerrillas, insurgency, terrorism and / or political violence. In this sense, works are considered that address the analysis of certain conflicts, parts of them, as well as different aspects of them (participating subjects, forms of combat, forms of recruitment, propaganda, political interests, etc.), its mark on the collective memory and the readings made of them by scientific communities (the impact of war on theories, how different authors approach war, etc.).
