In the journal will be published scientific articles, analytical materials, practical comments of individual legal norms and regulatory acts; analysis and generalizing of judicial practice, individual judgments, etc. The publication will monitor the draft laws of the sectoral legislation. Proper attention will be paid to the development of scientific thought and the practice of applying relevant legislation in other countries.
