arq.urb is an academic and scientific triannual electronic journal linked to the Stricto Sensu Postgraduate Program in Architecture and Urbanism of Universidade São Judas Tadeu. It is committed to extensive and agile disclosure and propagation of knowledge, an indispensable condition in contemporaneity, as we see it. Graded by CAPES as B2 (Webqualis), the journal seeks to publish not only theoretical production on Architecture, Urbanism, and corelated areas, but also the reflection enabled and fed by the practice of projects in those fields. We understand that these discussions dialogue among themselves and complement each other, especially by the variety of premises, perspectives, and methodological dispositions observable nowadays. We consider yet that such multiplicity of approaches may contribute for the advancement of the debate as well as theoretical and critical thinking in the area, as a dynamic field of scientific knowledge capable of broadening horizons and interacting with reality.
