The journal is published twice a year. One volume is dedicated to Ethnography and Museology, the second one - to Natural Sciences (Botanics, Zoology, Paleozoology, Pedology, Ecology). Most of the papers are published by researchers from the National Museum of Ethnography and Natural History from Chisinau (Republic of Moldova). However, in each issue there are papers signed by researchers from other Moldovan academic institutions and from abroad (Romania, Ukraine etc.). Special attention is paid to the scientific value of the museum collections, as well to various aspects of the cultural and natural heritage of the Republic of Moldova.
