Journal of actual problems of jurisprudence (JAPJ) is a scholarly online, open access, peer-reviewed journal focusing topical issues of legal science, theory of state and law, as well as all branches of Kazakhstani and international jurisprudence. Created as the leading periodical of social and legal research, the journal "Journal of actual problems of jurisprudence" offers an interdisciplinary approach, strives to achieve broad international attractiveness, attract input and resolve issues from various legal relations, as well as theoretical and practical issues of public interest.
