The journal focuses primarily on the development of a multilingual personality, teaching languages to young learners, psycholinguistic aspects of multilingualism, as well as comparative studies of languages and cultures, current issues of translation studies and other issues related to multilingual education at different levels. This journal is published in Russia, Udmurt State University. The journal has an explicit procedures for internal and external peer review. The members of its editorial board are affiliated with different universities and independent research organizations in Russia, Spain, Sweden, Moldovia, USA. It has valid ISSN code. All original articles are accompanied by abstracts in English. Information on author affiliations and addresses is also available. The authors published in the journal are from different Russian universities and from other countries (Spain, Germany, USA, Ukrain, etc.). Papers may be submitted in Russian, English, German, French and Spanish. All the papers are peer-reviewed. The reviewers are prominent scholars from the universities of Russia (located in the cities of Ufa, Perm, Kazan, Izhevsk) as well as from Spain, Bulgaria, Switzerland and the USA.
