SoCul (ISSN:2798-4672 ) is a bimonthly journal aiming at facilitating and sharing the disseminations of research findings, elaboration of theories, methods, knowledge, social engineering and learning and outputs in terms of breakthroughs, innovations, best practices in terms of community service or outreach relevant with Social and cultural issues. It mainly focuses, not limited, research papers related to what are considered being connected with social culture issues such as cultural values and heritage, literature, language learning, art and education.
