Revista de Estudos Jurídicos UNESP (eISSN 2179-5177), linked to the Graduate Program in Law of UNESP, publishes, every six months, in its numbers, legal papers in the form of articles and reviews, in the editorial line "Normative Systems and Fundamentals of Citizenship", with emphasis on the following three lines of research:
1) Civil and Political Citizenship and Normative Systems;
2) Social and Economic Citizenship and Normative Systems; and
3) Protection and Effectiveness of Citizenship Rights.
The Journal is the result of an effort to share knowledge in legal research, in a context characterized by the need to collaborate with high quality legal debate, in order to materialize and strengthen the respect for human rights and fundamental freedoms. The editorial line is linked to a critical approach to the understanding of phenomena of the most different natures relevant to the legal world and has led to a constant questioning about the processes of scientific research developed by the academic world in the area of Law.
